Raised in the Midwest, Frank graduated from Riverside-Brookfield High School (Riverside, IL) and Carthage College (Kenosha, WI).

Frank's career with Snap-on began on April 7, 1975 at the General Offices in Kenosha, WI. Frank has spent 25 of the past 31 years with Snap-on in marketing, sales and sales management positions in the Midwest and West regions of the US. Currently, Frank is a Diagnostics Sales Developer and has served as a member of the original Snap-on Diagnostics National Tech Rep Advisory Council.

Frank has experience with the design, marketing, sales, installation (including permitting) and service of world-class nova Verta & Blowtherm refinishing spray booths for the automotive collision repair industry. Frank has distributed, sold, installed and/or instructed on other brands of automotive service equipment including Hunter, FMC, Rotary, Pro-Cut, Omer, Western, Benwil and many more.
